Ordering Products:

- When you place an order for our product, you acknowledge that the product "made to order" therefore is unique and created based on your specifications. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

2. Product Customisation:
- It is your responsibility to select your preferred specifications for your products during the ordering process. We are not liable for errors or dissatisfaction arising from inaccurate information provided by you

3. Non-Refundable:
- Our products are non-refundable. Once your order is confirmed and the production process has commenced, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.

Damages and Return of Goods:

1. Inspection Upon Delivery:
- Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the delivered products for any damages or defects. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately at domryanphoto@gmail.com

2. Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the event that the delivered product is damaged or defective, please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or alternative solution at our discretion.

3. Return Authorisation:
- Returns of damaged or defective products require prior authorization from Dom Ryan Photo. Please contact us at domryanphoto@gmail.com to obtain authorisation before returning any items.

4. Return Shipping:
- If authorised, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged or defective product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

5. Replacement or Refund:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will determine whether to offer a replacement or issue a refund, including any shipping costs associated with the return.

Delivery and Shipping:

1. Production Time:
- The production time for products will be communicated to you at the time of order placement. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will make our best efforts to inform you of any changes. As a general basis, please allow 1-3 days production time for Unframed Prints and 1-2 weeks production time for Framed Prints. Allow added time for shipping, dependent on your location.

2. Delivery Address:
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

Cancellation and Changes:

1. Changes to Orders:
- Once your order is confirmed, changes to the specifications or details of products may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

2. Cancellation:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has commenced. Any requests for cancellation must be made before production begins.

Limitation of Liability:

Dom Ryan Photo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or the purchase of goods.

Privacy and Payments:

Dom Ryan Photo does not sell, release, or exploit any information provided by individuals or entities to anyone outside of Dom Ryan Photo apart from services that contribute to the production and shipping of our products. For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We do not collect or store credit card information, payments are made through services such as Square, PayPal and AfterPay.

Dom Ryan Photo reserves the right to change and modify prices at any time. All prices are in AUD.
